I've been a COO since 2018, and I've been tidying up businesses of all kinds for about 2 decades.
I specialise in bringing structure and strategy to big, sweeping visions. I create simple, clear processes to improve efficiency and I turn vague goals into quantitative KPIs (and help you map out the work you need to do to achieve them).
